  • Artist Statement

    Some have asked, "Why include the little girl from Les Miserables' story in this piece?" Cosset's storyline in Les Miserables is that of a dreamer trying to overcome obstacles. Her indefatigable spirit shines through, and like fireflies in a jar, she gives light to the others around her, glowing in the dark moments, and winking hope for the future.
