  • Artist Statement

     

    Abundant stories are told of the violin's formidable challenge to master. Yet when one is young, the mind is open to learning fluidly, whether that education be of a new musical instrument, or of what it means to be happy. Perhaps this child-like approach to practicing the violin, one of trying, hitting a wrong note, and trying again, is the way in which we rediscover our joy.
